How to find the cottage
Address: 40 Lupin Lane, Marvin’s Island, Chester Basin, Nova Scota, Canada
From further down the South Shore (e.g. Lunenburg) or coming from Halifax - Find your way to Highway 103 and head in the direction of Chester Basin. Take exit 9 off Highway 103.
Coming from Halifax: turn left at the stop sign at the end of Exit 9 ramp.
Coming from Lunenburg: turn right at the stop sign at the end of Exit 9 ramp.
Travel about 1km on Route 12. When Route 12 ends (T junction), turn left onto Route 3 and then take your next right (after about 100 metres) onto Borgels Point Road. The Marvins Island causeway is on the left about 1 km down Borgels Point Road. There is a map of the Island at beginning of the causeway for your reference.
Once on the Island, just stay to the right. You’ll hit Lupin Lane after about 1 km. Travel almost all the way to the end of Lupin Lane (you’ll only travel about 200 metres. Our cottage is the last cottage on the right hand side. If you go too far, you’ll be at the end of the road and will have only overshot our cottage by about 20 metres.
